Executive Director
Jason brings nearly two decades of pastoral leadership and community engagement to his leadership role. Along with his work at Together LA, he is proudly serving as a Navy Reserve Chaplain. His work is shaped by a passion for community impact, spiritual care, and collaborative leadership.
Marketing Director
Carissa combines engineering expertise with marketing insight and is driven by a genuine commitment to giving back and making a positive impact in her community.
David W. Dunbar is a senior operating executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth and scaling operations in complex organizations. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of Inovus Design, overseeing strategy and large-scale commercial and multifamily development projects. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Aaron’s/Progressive Leasing, helping grow revenue from $776M to nearly $3B. David is known for a practical, people-centered leadership style and strong operational and financial expertise.
Peilin ("Payleen") Pratt has called Los Angeles home for over 25 years, working across the city in various capacities. A Harvard Law School graduate, she has built a 25-year career as a corporate lawyer, business affairs executive, and COO, and recently founded Vetted360.com, a business talent firm advising LA business owners. Peilin attributes every opportunity and success to God's perfect plan and is passionate about partnering with TogetherLA to love the city and support organizations doing God's work.
George brings 26+ years of financial advisory experience to our leadership team. Driven by faith, family, and a dedication to sound stewardship, George ensures our organization’s mission is supported by financial integrity and responsible planning.
Sheri has had a passion for providing clinical services to at risk populations in her work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; she worked most of her career in hospital settings at Long Beach Memorial and St. Mary Medical Center. In a late career pivot five years ago, she has been working to support high school students and their well-being and mental health in Paramount Unified School District. It gives her a great satisfaction to collaborate with teams for the purpose of enhancing and providing healing in the lives of others.
Horacio brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial leadership and a deep sense of service to his role with Together LA. With a proven track record in building and growing teams, developing long-term partnerships, and fostering business growth, he is passionate about leveraging his expertise to support organizations that empower communities. Horacio is honored to collaborate with leaders who are dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting impact through Together LA.
Josiah Doby is a local entrepreneur with extensive experience in both performance coaching and business ownership. A former collegiate football player at Youngstown State University, he transitioned his on-field experience into a career in health and fitness coaching, His core skills include process optimization, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making, allowing him to streamline operations and improve results across different types of businesses.
